Shipping Information:
Most items are created especially for you. Normal shipping time is about 2 weeks for most orders. Sale and in-stock (RTG!) items will usually ship the next business day.
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an email from us indicating approximately when we expect your shipment to leave. We will also email you a tracking number when your order is on its way.
Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations received within 24 hours of placement will be cancelled without any penalty, unless the order has already been shipped. If your order has left us already, you will be charged only for shipping both ways.
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur a 15% re-stocking charge for any custom made items.
Refunds & Returns:
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from us. If you are less than happy upon receipt of your order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to make it perfect.
PLEASE NOTE that you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you are unhappy for any reason.
Damaged Orders:
Please contact us immediately. Also, please keep all packing materials to assist in a claim with the carrier.
Guarantee:
All of our items are guaranteed to be defect free, and are guaranteed against breakage during normal use, care, and storage for a period of one year from date of purchase.
IF ONE OF OUR PIECES SHOULD BREAK – Please do not attempt to repair it yourself, or to have anyone else do so. This will void your warranty. If you should have any breakage, please contact us for return & repair instructions. Damage resulting from improper use, care, or packing will not be deemed as covered under our warranty.
